Attentions are starting to turn towards round three this weekend of the Guinness PRO14.

But before we get into the previews, there is still some more reflecting to be done as well as some big contract news to report.

Glasgow Warriors have wrapped up an impressive bit of early season business by inking Matt Fagerson to a new contract.

And the Warriors coaches are delighted to have signed up such a promising youngster.

Elsewhere, Cory Hill is back from Japan and in Newport with the Dragons.

But Dean Ryan is in no rush to slot his star lock back into action, insisting there is no deadline on his injury return.

Staying in Wales, and it has been a mixed start for the Cardiff Blues.

After claiming a win in Port Elizabeth on the opening weekend, the Blues were brought back down to earth by Edinburgh.

And Josh Turnbull admits his side need to muster a response, and fast.

Meanwhile Munster will miss Chris Cloete, while Leinster have issued their own injury update.

And finally, SportsJoe have compiled their list of breakout stars from the first two weekends of league action.

Cardiff City Stadium will play host to the 2020 Guinness PRO14 Final on June 20 as one of the most exciting days in the club rugby calendar comes to Wales!
