The Zebras are back in front of the home crowd after the bonus point win in the competition opener against the Southern Kings.
Zebre are in the hunt for the second win of the season after the defeat last weekend in Ireland against Connacht.
Coach Bradley side is back from three consecutive domestic wins, one in L’Aquila and two in Parma.
For the thirteenth official encounter between the two teams, the Zebre technical staff have decided on four changes compared to the XV selected last Saturday at the Galway Sportsground.
There is one change in the backs with centre Boni starting for the first time this season. There are three changes in the pack. Hooker Ceciliani will earn his first start for Zebre, while tight-head prop Chistolini and back-rower Tuivaiti also start.
Italian internationals centre Castello and back-rower Licata returns from injury and are amongst the replacements: the flanker is ready for his seasonal debut in the Guinness PRO14 after missing the first two games.
The Irishman George Clancy is the game referee, gaining his 104th direction in the tournament. The experienced referee has directed Zebre 6 times: in the two previous games Zebre got two wins last season against Connacht and Dragons.
