There were just two games in the Guinness PRO14 at the weekend as Munster Rugby took on Edinburgh Rugby and Scarlets hosted the Toyota Cheetahs in the Semi-Final Qualifiers.

Despite the slimmed down schedule there were still plenty of big performers as Munster and Scarlets booked their places in the semi-finals with impressive wins.

Scarlets were in inspired form in west Wales and none more so than wing Steff Evans, who helped himself to 14 points to become the highest-scoring Fantasy Rugby performer of the week.

The Wales wideman picked up two tries in the first half, including one of the scores of the season, urging his side on to an exhilarating victory.

Given the Welsh region’s big win it’s unsurprising to see another Scarlets man creep in as one of the best Fantasy Performers – with flanker James Davies registering 11 points.

Davies grabbed one try himself and put in a typical all-action performance all over the field.

Also accruing 11 Fantasy Rugby points this week is Munster hooker Rhys Marshall, who got the ball rolling for his side in the ninth minute with his powerful score.

Marshall also fired in ten tackles to help stall Edinburgh’s strong late surge and help setup a mouth-watering semi-final against Leinster Rugby.
