With Zebre Rugby and Benetton Rugby staging an Italian revival, there were a couple of surprises in round 15 of the Guinness PRO14 Fantasy Rugby.

Zebre captain George Biagi scored 14 fantasy points in his side’s 19-11 win against Connacht.

The Italian lock charged down Kieran Marmion’s box kick for a try assist, as well as making ten tackles and two lineout steals.

Liam Belcher was on the losing side against Benetton, but the Dragons hooker still racked up an impressive 19 fantasy points. The Dragons lost 15-18, but Belcher chipped in with two tries.

Round 15’s top fantasy points scorer was James Lowe, with 22 points in Leinster’s 20-13 win over Scarlets.

The winger scored two tries and assisted a third in his man of the match performance.

They host the Southern Kings this weekend and Lowe will hope to cash in on his fine form and produce the goods again for fantasy players.
