Scottish Guinness PRO12 Fantasy Rugby Dream Team after Round 10

In an up and down first 10 round of the Guinness PRO12 for Scotland’s two sides, there have been some standout performers that are leading the way in the Guinness PRO12 Fantasy Rugby game.

Magnus Bradbury and Tommy Seymour are two of the top three points scorers in the entire game, with the Edinburgh flanker leading the pack on 78 points.

With Glasgow Warriors currently sitting sixth in the Guinness PRO12 table, with five wins from 10, and Edinburgh Rugby impressing in victories over Scarlets and Ulster, both teams have shown promise for strong ends to the season.

We’ve put together the Scottish clubs’ Guinness PRO12 Dream Team through 10 Rounds of action, so make sure you check out the below and get some of these stars in your fantasy line-ups for the weeks to come.

There’s no better place to start that with Seymour, the Warriors wing who has racked up 70 individual points to lead the Scottish backs and sit third in the total point-scoring table.

Seymour is also the leading outside back point scorer, but with just 25.2 per cent of teams having selected him, by switching him into your side you could be making some serious gains in the coming weeks. With Warriors fly-half Finn Russell having only played three Guinness PRO12 games this season, the next best back is his Edinburgh counterpart Duncan Weir.

The Scotland international has kicked eight conversions, nine penalties, provided three try assists and got one man-of-the-match award so far. Starting inside Weir at scrum-half is Warriors’ Henry Pyrgos, who recently signed a new contract at Scotstoun, with Damien Hoyland joining Seymour on the wings and Stuart Hogg at full-back.

While the backs may have been an even split between the two Scottish sides, the forwards illustrates Warriors’ pack dominance – but Edinburgh’s Bradbury is still the stand out player.

The flanker has been a try-scoring tackle-making machine this season, dotting down four times and racking up seven ten-tackle games. And having also appeared in every game, stolen two lineouts and made one 50-metre run, it is no surprise the 21-year-old is leading the way.

The next highest point scorer is Bradbury’s Edinburgh teammate Ben Toolis, with one try assist, five ten-tackle matches and 13 lineouts stolen for the lock. Joining Bradbury in the back row are Hamish Watson and Ryan Wilson, while Tim Swinson slots into the second row alongside Toolis. And the front-row is an all-Glasgow affair, with Gordon Reid and Sila Puafisi lining up either side of Fraser Brown.
