Sean Holley is hoping his Ospreys side can rise to the occasion against Munster in the Magners League semi-final on Saturday.

While the reigning Champions have been struggling to fine top gear in recent weeks their hosts this weekend have been the dominant force in the competition but Holley believes his players will step up to the mark at Thomond Park.

“I think the boys will relish it,” he said.

“Munster and Thomond Park is a difficult place to go, the crowd is big and right behind them and they have got big game players.

“We recognise we are not in great form going in, but the shackles are off now. We need to rise to the big occasion.

“We can go and enjoy the week. We’ve said to the players, let’s go out and enjoy it and do our best and may the best team win.”

“The key for us is to stay in the game and make it go down to the wire.

“Munster have definitely been the form team in the league this season. But it’s a cup game now.”
